Their expertise in selecting ripe Arabica beans and following strict processing, fermentation, and drying methods that results in a clean and flavorful cup of coffee with medium to high acidity, body, and a strong, balanced aroma. Our team is also experimenting with different fermentation techniques, including controlled, natural, and honey coffees, to create new and exciting flavors.
