At Morning we work as allys of the cooperatives and coffee families in the northern part of the Sierra Nevada mountains, from 1,200 masl to more than 2,200 masl with excellent cup attributes and SCAA scores of 84+. We have different types of coffee varieties: Caturra, Colombia, Variety 2000, Typica and Cenicafe, Soon the Geisha and Bourbon varieties will be planted in experimental lots.
Our pickers carry out a careful manual harvest where we emphasize good coffee practices, harvesting the ripe beans in season, carrying out the appropriate fermentation and drying processes, always working to obtain the best results, that is why we value the effort of the producers and we take care of it. dignifying their work by offering them fair trade agreements paying better for their dedication to the field.
