Morning From Sierra Nevada is a Colombian company allied with coffee cooperatives and families whose purpose is the export of green coffees, special lots, microlots and roasted beans. We want to give recognition to the soil and origin of La Sierra Nevada, which provides special characteristics to our cafes and the work of its coffee growers that thanks to them we can enjoy the distinctive notes of Colombian Coffee, we are focused on sustainable production, socially and environmentally committed, supporting the development of our partners in the supply chain.
We grow our coffee on farms in the mountains of the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta and Serranía del Perijá located in strategic places due to their natural wealth, biodiversity and hydrography.

We stand out in our production processes, offering the best washed arabica coffees, these batches come from small and medium-sized family farms of peasants and indigenous people of the region who have been growing their coffee for many years in the mountainous areas of the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, in a thriving ecosystem full of biodiversity, with a majestic mountainous landscape lot of vegetation and life.
Our coffees are picked by hand at their optimum state of maturity, they are taken to appropriate fermentation processes so that we can feel their exceptional attributes in the cup, which are a silky
body, sugar cane sweetness, chocolate flavor, floral touches, the Notes of origin of this Colombian coffee.
